"The Bells of St
Mary's, O hear they are calling, the true love, the young loves
who come from the sea. And
so my beloved, when red leaves are falling,
the love bells shall ring out, ring out for you and me!"

St
Mary's College, perched on the blue mountain range of Jamaica, is a college
of academic excellence, beauty, and very special people. Its past students
are now scattered throughout the world, but not hopelessly separated. Alumni
Chapters of STMC are established in New York, Toronto, and Jamaica. Efforts
are afoot to establish one in England. Pics below were taken at the Toronto Chapter’s “do” in 1999 (sorry if the webmaster is a bit slow to catch up on the more exciting one in 2000!). |

Continued
support for STMC is one of the main objectives of the Alumni. In the Toronto
Chapter they have been holding
fund-raising events to contribute to a badly needed mini-bus. Email Gloria in
Toronto if you can assist even in some very small way.
A space for the encouragement sharing
stories and information is being explored.
